“My daughter and I met Anne at one of the most difficult times in our lives. We found out my daughter had cancer and she was forced to withdraw from college. She had to decide if she would freeze her eggs before undergoing chemotherapy. Life became a whirlwind filled with many emotions… then we met Anne. It’s funny how life takes twist and turns that you can never predict or see coming. A month before, I never would have thought that we would have been crossing paths with Anne. Unfortunately, that’s one of those interesting turns that life takes when you find out that you have cancer. Although we might have talked about the further and getting married and babies; it is not something we thought we would be making a decision on the next week. The hospital gave us Anne’s number to reach out to her; from the first time on the phone with her I felt like it was the right decision and felt comfortable. She was able to make us an appointment for the very next day. During that time she was able to answer all the questions we had, and made us feel at ease. Anne helped us fill out the paperwork to get all the medications I needed, and gave me the contact numbers for who I needed to speak with. In a time that there was a lot of choices and train of thoughts she was a huge help and guidance, and made it feel easy to make some of those choices. Greatly appreciate everything, and highly recommend anyone that is faced with the same choices to reach out to her; she will definitely be able to help provide guidance and reassurance.
